Love this shop, great friendly staff and the beds are half the price of the larger bed shops.
This is the second time I've perched beds from this shop and I have no complaints. The staff are friendly , polite and not pushy. The two men on the delivery van are five stars.
I knew Hacket and Baines existed but we have never used them, going to the bigger national stores instead. I am now kicking myself because I am amazed at how easy it is to make a deal with the smaller supplier. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
Excellent service, staff are friendly and very helpful,. The range of goods is amazing from socks to beds, everything is very good quality, local delivery on furniture items is great, delivered on time by a cheerful team.
Very helpful and courteous staff, some very nice pieces in wood (chairs, side tables etc) some nice art work too. The chairs were exactly what my mother was looking for but with the exception of two makes (chairs too wide and too long in the seat) the materials/swatches were beyond blah! Institutional and drab and boring Being over sixty doesn't mean you want everything beige!! If we could have had the animal skin swatches or the zany colours of the other two makes we'd have purchased today!!
