AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. One of the most rude and unhelpful companies I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. If anything goes wrong with your order, they won't rectify it. Once they've got your money, they're really not interested. Ended up having to re-purchase tiles elsewhere to complete my project. An absolute disgrace.

This company couldn't be more helpful. Endless patience even though I borrowed loads of samples. They have a huge range of tiles and a very large showroom and the prices are good. I had thought it was trade only and was so pleased to find it was open to the public.
