Where do I start!The theory part of the training is you get a booklet and you basically teach yourself. Richard aka D sits by his computer in a seperate part of the office and pops in now and again to go through the answers to the little exam/quiz you completed. He basically has the answers in front of him in a booklet and then he will leave the office for you to complete more. Practical side of things I guess you cant fault but if your paying a company 4k+ you at least expect to be taught some theory. Basically he is a joke and has 0 theory teaching skills. When challenged he said this is how he has always done it...go elsewhere to be taught adequately
